I’m Nicole, the face behind “Altered Ending”. I live on the NW Coast of Oregon with family and have a booth in the Seaside Antique Mall in Seaside, Oregon where I sell my painted furniture, home décor and IOD products.
I’ve been a romantic and lover of “fairy tale endings” my whole life. That whole “Cinderella” notion had me hooked at a very young age!! That’s exactly where the name for my business came from, in fact.
It all started with a couple of yard sale chairs and a can of spray paint in 2015. (I’m not even kidding!) Prior to that, I had no hobbies or crafty-ness whatsoever!! Once I painted and sold that set, there was no turning back……I was obsessed with the incredible power of PAINT (and creativity) on discarded furniture.

I’m big on the notion that elevating your home doesn’t have to be expensive! You can change the look of an entire room just by painting your furniture (or walls) and adding a few new décor pieces. It doesn’t have to feel like a huge commitment and it should be FUN!
